Due to the huge number of orders, we are NO LONGER accepting pre-orders for our garden starter plants.
However, we will most likely have a small "under the tent plant sale" in Wallingford on Memorial Day weekend for anyone who was not able to submit a pre-order. Email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you want more information.
Healthy - Vibrant - Organic Starter Plants
CLICK ON THE PHOTOS BELOW TO SEE THE VARIETIES OF STARTER PLANTS WE ARE OFFERING THIS YEAR!
Our garden starter plants are well-known and highly prized for their health, size, and vitality. All around our region, people rave about how strong and healthy our starter plants are and how well they adapt and grow when transplanted into home and community gardens. We believe this is because we "baby" our starter plants when they are tiny and just setting their roots and leaves, and then "harden them off" before we sell them to you. "Hardening off" (the opposite of babying) decreases transplant shock and increases the plants' ability to thrive and produce in their new garden home. And all of our starter plants are started by seed in our own greenhouse, grown in organic potting soil, and nourished with organic fish fertilizer.
PRICES AND SIZES (Prices are the same as 2020!)
Most of our plants are available in 3" pots (we call these "singles"). Some plants are available in 6-packs. CLICK HERE FOR PRICES AND SIZES. And don't miss out on our Special Offer - spend $70 or more and get 5% off your total order.
We purchase most of our seeds from Johnny's Selected Seeds (an employee-owned company in Maine) and High Mowing Seeds of Vermont. Of course, we do not use any GMO seeds!
