How to Store Artichokes
For refrigerated storage, slice a dime width off of the Artichoke stem, sprinkle the raw Artichoke stems with water and refrigerate them in an airtight plastic bag. It’s best to cook them within five to seven days after you buy them.

Cooked Artichokes should be cooled completely and covered before you put them in the refrigerator, where they can keep for up to a week. Artichokes are great for cooking the night before. Reheat before serving, stuffing, grilling or using as an ingredient in another dish.
Radical Roots Farm is located on Creek Road (also known as Dorr Drive) in Rutland.  We are directly across the street from #531 Creek Road, Rutland Town, VT. Look for our sign in front of our farm stand.
