What a wonderful time of year - when we can still enjoy (?) the last vestiges of winter AND relish the coming of SPRING!!!
As you can see, we have been busy starting many many seeds. So far we have started: Tomatoes, Peppers, Spinach, Lettuce, Onions, Leeks, Basil, Fennel, Parsley, Shallots, Peas, Scallions, Artichokes, Frissee, Beet Greens, Broccoli, Dandelions, Radicchio, Broccoli Rabe, Cabbage, Celery, Celeriac, Eggplant Bok Choi, Kale, Collards, Kohlrabi, Stevia, Escarole, Lavender, Dill. And more to come every day!!
It must be lovely to have your little piece of spring heaven even in winter! I sort of feel like that every time I enter my virtual office malaysia: staying in the same place yet feeling transported.
